Boy or Girl?

Today I had my 20 week sonogram to determine the sex of the baby and was very disappointed. The baby was curled up in a ball which made it difficult to see anything. From what the tech could see she thought it was a girl but was not certain. Now I have to wait another month to see what we are having :(

The Quadrangle Festival

Today Austin and I met Zandra, Lori and Caleb at the Quadrangle Festival. We were all very disapointed once we entered the gates. There were only a handful of vendors and about 4 different concession stands for food. Despite all of this we still managed to have a great time.

Texas vs. O-who?

Dad and I got to attend the TX/OU game on Saturday. It was a highly publicized game of epic proportions. It lived up to every minute of all the hype. With OU being ranked the #1 team in the country and Texas coming in as the #5 underdog, the stage was set for a heavyweight fight! Of all the Texas games I have attended in my life, this was definitely one of the best! Afterwards we went back to Sandra's house to celebrate with the family.

Texas State Fair

We drove to Dallas Friday afternoon and met the Gallucci's at the Texas State Fair. The kids had a blast riding rides, petting animals and eating cotton candy. Austin first experience of riding rides was a hit. He was smiling from ear to ear and laughing it up.

Granna turns 58

Today we went over to G-Daddy and Granna's house for a birthday celebration. We had a great time eating and spending time with one another. Austin was very helpful blowing out the candles and helping Granna open up her gifts. He is getting to be such a big boy!!

A visit from the Gallucci's

Last night Joe, Angela and Avery came over for a visit. We had a great time catching up and watching the kids play and fight over toys. We introduced them to ROCKBAND so it ended up being a pretty late evening.
